How do I get a member user ID and password?
If you are not registered or forgot your password, click on the "Reset my Password" link and submit your email address. If we have your email address on file, you will receive an immediate email with directions to follow. Jot down your user name and password and keep in a handy place for reference.
If we do not have your email address on file you will get a message directing you to call Aging Services of Minnesota for assistance. If you experience a problem with your user name and password, call Jenny Mims at Aging Services of Minnesota.
I know my user name and password. Where do I log in?
Look for the Member Log In link found above the photograph in the upper right hand corner (look for the orange key).
I am already registered. However, I forgot my password. What do I do?
Go to the Reset My Password" link found on the login page and enter the e-mail address that you used to register. You will be sent information on how to reset your password.
How do I know if my employer is an Aging Services of Minnesota member?
If you work in or are affiliated with one of the nursing homes or senior housing facilities listed using our search tool as part of the consumer section of the site (link to Consumer Section found in main gray navigation bar), you are a member. If you are still not sure, contact Aging Services of Minnesota.
