How do I get a member user ID and password?
Effective August 27, 2007 - If you are not registered or forgot your password, click on the "Reset my Password" link and submit your email address. If we have your email address on file, you will receive an immediate email with directions to follow. If we do not have your email address on file you will get a message directing you to call MHHA for assistance. Jot down your user name and password and keep in a handy place for reference. If you experience a problem with your user name and password, call Jenny Mims at MHHA. Please do not re-register.

I know my user name and password. Where do I log in?
Look for the Member Log In link found in the red box in the upper right hand corner of the home page and enter you user name and password.

I am already registered. However, I forgot my password. What do I do?
Go to the Reset My Password" link found on the login page and enter the e-mail address that you used to register. You will be sent information on how to reset your password.

How do I know if my employer is an MHHA member?
If you work in or are affiliated with one of the nursing homes or senior housing facilities listed using our search tool as part of the consumer section of the site (link found in red box upper right hand corner), you are a member. If you are still not sure, contact MHHA.
